NAM Distribution LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, number 12819437, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. Ridgeline Brands is a trading name of NAM Distribution LTD. We are the controller of the personal information described here. What we collect

• Details you send us through our contact form or by email: name, email address, phone number, company and your message
• Business contact details of people at our customers, suppliers and brand partners, and records of our dealings with them
• Basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your browser type and the pages you view, collected without advertising cookies

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed: with our sister company Elite Horizon General Trading LLC in Dubai when your enquiry concerns the Gulf, with the brands we represent when you ask about their products, with service providers that host our website, email and business systems, and with our accountants, advisers and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some of these recipients are outside the UK, including in the United Arab Emirates. Where we transfer personal information outside the UK we use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to two years. Customer and supplier records are kept for six years after the end of the relationship, in line with UK accounting and tax requirements.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be moved to another organisation. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. We aim to reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
